Raised in the central valley of California, Jessica has a passion for making art, dalmatians, and traveling to National Parks. It wasn’t till her final years of undergraduate study she discovered her enjoyment for being a maker, and an artist. With the encouragement from her professor she has pursued every open door that has been presented to her.
Currently she is working on drawings, and small scale prints from a printing press in a spare bedroom. Her art currently contains themes juxtaposing tensions formed between internal and external realities, shown in her latest body of work. She is also interested in dealing with and creating the intangible.
